The scientific program will cover a wide range of topics that are highly relevant to a future Electron-Ion Collider, including: saturation and small-x phenomenology; parton distribution functions; generalized parton distributions; transverse momentum distributions; helicity; fragmentation functions; phenomenologies for various collision processes like e-p, e-A, p-p, and p-A; hot dense matter and heavy ion collisions; as well as various other physics opportunities to be explored at an EIC facility.
